Software

Amex utilises industry standard software for planning and delay analysis.

Amex specialises in Oracle Primavera P6 and Elecosoft Powerproject software.  Microsoft Project is also utilised.

These packages have their respective advantages and disadvantages however by the time delay analysis is required the precedent would normally be set and the software defined.  Amex will utilise whichever software package is applicable.

Amex also utilises BIM compatible 4d software for integration of the design into the programme and visualisations of the build process including planned v actual simulations and what if questions.

Amex uses Synchro and Autodesk Navisworks to coordinate the programme with the design.
